This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ClipAI's AI generation services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy at all times.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not use our services to generate, attempt to generate, or share any of the following:
- Adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including: pornographic material, sexual acts, nudity, sexualized or suggestive depictions of any person, fetish content, or sexual violence
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexual depiction of minors — strictly prohibited, subject to our Zero-Tolerance Policy
- Violence and terror: gratuitous gore, encouragement of violence, terrorism, or facilitating weapons or illegal substances
- Hateful and discriminatory content: content promoting hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Harassment and defamation: content intended to harass, bully, threaten, or defame others
- Deepfakes and impersonation: generating content that impersonates real individuals without consent
- Illegal activity: content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
- Intellectual property infringement: content that violates the rights of others
2. Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable our content moderation and safety filters
- Using automated scripts, bots, or bulk processes to generate content at scale or abuse the service
- Using the service for fraud, deception, phishing, or scams
- Reselling or redistributing generated content in violation of applicable laws or our Terms of Service
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Zero-Tolerance: Any activity involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), terrorism content, or severe violence will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and permanent evidence retention.
4. Enforcement
- We may reject, block, or decline any prompt or generation request that violates this policy
- Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination, without refund of unused credits
- We reserve the right to report illegal content to relevant authorities
- We may update this policy at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
